Integrity Ventures is a newly formed division of Integrity Industrial Inkjet Integration that is looking to set up equity partnerships with select clients.
As an integration company working with major product manufacturers, we encounter numerous inkjet applications that are industry changing and have high strategic market value. We also encounter novel and interesting applications brought to us by early start-up companies.
All too commonly we see these applications get hampered, prolonged and abandoned owing to corporate bureaucracy or limited funding.
Our goal is to provide our clients companies a means to explore, develop and fund their applications, while providing a defined structure that will secure market exclusivity, transfer appropriate intellectual property and provide licence to print system designs.
The approach is to set up Joint Venture that allow our clients and Integrity combine our collective expertise and to strive for a common goal and share in the mutual success.
